How far in advance should we book your services for our event?

To ensure we can dedicate the time and resources your event deserves, we recommend booking at least 4 to 6 months in advance. For large-scale or destination events, especially in popular locations like Hawaii, booking 8 to 12 months ahead helps guarantee availability and allows for thorough planning.

Can you help us find a venue for our event?

Yes! We offer expert location scouting to find the perfect venue that fits your vision, style, and logistics. Whether you’re looking for a unique local spot or a destination venue, we’ll guide you through options and help secure the ideal setting for your celebration.

How much does it cost to hire your event planning services?

Every event is unique, so pricing varies based on the scope, scale, location, and specific services you need. After learning about your vision and requirements during a consultation, we provide a customized proposal tailored to your budget and goals.

What’s it like to work with you?

Our goal is to create a partnership; bringing passion, creativity, and expert care to every detail. We keep you involved, supported, and excited throughout the process, turning your vision into a seamless, unforgettable celebration.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand there can be unexpected challenges. Cancellations made more than 30
days before the event will receive a refund minus any non-refundable deposits, product
purchases and time. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are subject to committed
expenses and accrued time and material costs. We are happy to discuss specifics
during your consultation.

Do you travel?

Yes! We love bringing our custom event expertise wherever your celebration takes you,
whether that’s Portland, Hawaii, or the East Coast. Destination events are a specialty of
ours and we can manage the logistics to make it seamless. Ensuring the quality and
experience you have become accustomed to.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, Paradym Events is fully insured to provide peace of mind for you and your guests. We take safety and professionalism seriously to ensure a smooth and secure event experience.
