Fill out our form or begin the process. The more information the better, including event date, budget, theme, and guest count.

Consultation
This collaborative meeting allows us to learn your needs and wants, and just get to know each other. You’ll be able to look through our portfolio, and evaluate our level of service in person.

Proposal
After the meeting, you will receive a detailed proposal and estimate, which brings together all the elements that will bring your vision to life.

Design
This is where the fun begins. Our design team works together to design, plan and build in preparation for the big day.

Event Day
The day is here! Our team transforms the location into your custom event space. Our team takes care of every aspect, down to the smallest of details so you can focus on you and your guests.

Take Down
The party’s over, but you don’t have to worry. We coordinate with the location to take down your event.

For large-scale or destination events, especially in popular locations like Hawaii, booking 8 to 12 months ahead helps guarantee availability and allows for thorough planning.

Every event is unique, so pricing varies based on the scope, scale, location, and specific services you need. After learning about your vision and requirements during a consultation, we provide a customized proposal tailored to your budget and goals.

We understand there can be unexpected challenges. Cancellations made more than 30
days before the event will receive a refund minus any non-refundable deposits, product
purchases and time. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are subject to committed
expenses and accrued time and material costs. We are happy to discuss specifics
during your consultation.

whether that’s Portland, Hawaii, or the East Coast. Destination events are a specialty of
ours and we can manage the logistics to make it seamless. Ensuring the quality and
